for the most part this is great!

first the second image is really too small to give any kind of good critique on.

now on the other image I could suggest that you brighten up the highlights in her hair just a little and try to make them a little sharper as well then at the ends of her hair it seems too sharp and needs to be softer try to take out some of the lose hairs as they make her look a little frizzy. the black line that seperates her mouth is a little too sharp and strong try blending it with the color around it so it becomes thiner and the lips seem to have more shape. the area below her chin seems very flat and needs more work think contrast. her nose is just a little long bring the top of her head down just a touch. her sholder is low and too much of a slope. well that is all I can see that needs improvment. sorry it cant be perfict but then nothing is anyway.

cant wate to see it when it is finished

just like the other one the hair needs more work brighter more defined highlights the under part of her arm seems a little flat you need to add a little more light in the back ground to give some contrast between the hair and the background and I'm not sure what it is but there is something wrong where her chin meets with her neck I think maby the distance between her chin and her throught. but all in all you do great work

Maybe I'm just getting cynical in my old age, but these just look like painted over photos, particularly the second one. Would you mind posting your original reference pics?

stop working from photographs, you're paying no attention to local color

all of your hues feel flattened and as though youre workign from 2D instead of creating the illusion of a three dimensional form.

the hair has really inconsistant textural aspects.

    Red face

I agree with Grief sadly. Your painting technique is very beautiful and you have a good sense of proportion, but your rendering and skin tones are so flat it makes your beautiful girls seem lifeless.

Luckily like traditional painting you can just build up on what beautiful things you have. Start looking at the form and understanding the structures underneath (both muscle and bone), from there you can start rendering and building up the proper planes to give your work a more realistic feel of depth.

I don;t mind if you did or not, some artists do it and its acceptable and some don't. It all depends on how you feel. I think the best way to improve is to start studying from life. That way you can start to really pick up on the tiny nuances that make thigns the way they are.

Good work though keep on growing and post more ^^. We will be waiting.

I'm not entirely sure if you can copyright a picture you drew with a photo as reference (or painted directly over)

Try drawing from life with just found objects or for humans, attend life drawing. This way you force yourself to discerning color without using the eyedropper tool. It would help you immensely.

That last picture just WEIRD. The expression is somewhere between demented and down sydrome.

My biggest complaint would be to stop using that lens flare effect. It's really tacky and unattractive.

Lol, yeah, that made me giggle.
I think it's the eyes, they just look like they're staring into emptiness, and the smile is just too wide and unnatural, try looking at pictures of people smiling naturally.

Yeah, you have to think of how it even makes sense, why is this huge beam of light right there for no reasons?
I used to be guilty of that a lot, try to think of where the light is actually coming from.

For one, I LOVE your Persian Minature!

Two, you need to work on your shading. They look to flat and foggy.

Also try to work on putting backgrounds more often in your images.

Edit: Also one more thing that comes to mind...

Try not to work from photos(copywrited or not) it really makes learning how to draw people more difficult than it needs to be. I've tried the same thing and it made me more angry than it helped. All that stress of drawing people started to immediatly go away when I started drawing from real life.
