Its' free and it takes less than 10 seconds!
you have some beautiful imagery. Wonderful variation in line quality, and your digital painting isn't bad either!
two suggestions however: when rendering in pencil, do amp up the values a bit... it will make the volume of the figure pop out and become more apparent. Also, try to finish the hands and feet... I've noticed that when you draw a figure, you tend to finish the face first, then the body, then the hands and feet first... don't neglect them because they are difficult. I have to brush up on them all the time myself.
good stuff! keep it up!
Lipking study, again just trying to capture the mood and color.
very good anatomical studies, the balance and proportion is all well, its just some of the tones and and contrast is need to be worked on. other than that i guess thats all you need to work on for the anatomy. best of luck man l0stinth0ughts
really nice sketchbook. I love the weight of your lines, the fluidity. The form shading is really impressive too. Thanks for sharing.
yikes! I've been censored.
It never occured to me that the image could be construed as innapropriate.
I guess I've been desensitized.
heres a new study.
some of the stuff I've been up too, more to come.
Thanks for looking

Some newer stuff, including some older stuff. I was finally able to take some pictures of some of my older traditional media work.
The troll piece was inspired by hurricane, need to finish that.... someday
thanks for looking
Great color sensibility here, carried through to all the shadows. I appreciate the looseness of these digitals, they maintain their life from earlier sketches it seems. What did you use for drawing the anatomical foot in the last post? It has a nice old anatomist notation feel to it.
i love it! the first one is my fav! really great sense of color and atmosphere!
the anatomy study rocks too!
Thank you everyone, the foot was done with a red uniball pen and the painting of the girl beneath it was done in oil on board 7feet by 4 feet or something.
this thread is going to be big...very big....
new piece, although i'd say its more developed than a sketch.
thanks for looking
your digitals are really strong. I love your color choices, especially the girl sitting in the leaves. all the colors are very harmonious.
here is the new sketchbook i made, needs a little more work but i like it.
Also theres the first couple pages, my camera broke so i thought it'd be best if i used it as much as possible. and the other is a drawing i did with my GFs hair in the shower.
Thanks for all of the kind words
nice skills brother.
that's probably the best hairy shower tile drawing i've ever seen, and I've seen so many.
Crazy man, just crazy - the hair one is very interesting and the other work rocks!
I am in love with your paintings! Great skills man, the hair piece is inspired!
happy birthday me! now abandon ship!
The studies are From J.H Vanderpoels anatomy book.
The other piece is something that was way cooler in my head, but I'll let you interpret that.
progress shots from a recent piece. Crits and comments welcome
Liking this last one. nice colours, not so sure about the little piece of red sticking out the bottom. The line formed by the overpass is very strong too, nothing really matches it or balances it. Maybe make it not at such an angle?
Keep up the good work!
Corrections and a quick leyendecker sketch.
