    Trying to do SpeedPainting

    Hey there, here is my first try to do a photoshop-speedpaint. I worked on it for about 20-25 minutes (one simpsons episode
    Don't really know if it's good or crap. You speedpainting pros, tell what I should do better, different, or if I'm on the right way!

    make it less scratchy, less thin lines, more blocking in colors then drawing lines

    and the gorilla 4head is way to big, and hes underasm are to thin, other then that i think its nice^^

    I agree with Lotet about the head and I don't know much about gorilla anatomy but the "hump" (I don't know how else to call it) on his head seems too big...

    I like the mood of it though... (the piece, not the hump )

    Add more space at the bottom.
    That will create a stem into the painting, And a structure for the monumental monkey to stand on.
    Also. the forest seems to trap and imprison the characters, I don't know if that is what you wanted.
