please can you give me a helping hand, you arty folks :)
im drawing a picture, for my portfolio, and im trying to show my (not mastery.) ultra-basic understanding of perspective (haha), so i was wondering, if im using three point perspective, where should a third party things coming from, (think meteors raining down on a city.)
any basic help would be appreciated, sorry i dont have an example, still very early days...

The answer is: anywhere you want.
Sounds like you are far from "mastery" of perspective yet. There is a link in my sig to information on perspective for you.
I think you are awesome, and I wish you the best in your endeavors, but I am tired of repeating myself, I am very busy with my new baby, and I am no longer a regular participant here, so please do not contact me to ask for advice on your career or education. All of the advice that I have to offer can already be found in the following links. Thank you.
