hey thanks for the post. You might want to take one of your favorites and work it up one day.
yeah will do dude, finished pieces to come soon... (play suspense music!!)
some portrait studies, last one is a bit cruddy
lunch time speedie
Two ones here, the last is kinda of finished (Well more so than any of the others) hope u like!
im liking ur spedies, looking good, though you have to focus more on subject then brushes, its a verry important balance, brushes are made to make things go faster and easier, not ad style or a sketchy feel, that must come as a bonus, not the other way around.
still, its always good to experiment, and i think ur going in the right direction, keep at it.
hi Lotet, cheers for your comment, the speedies are coming along, i only get an hour(during lunch)that i do it, but i am trying to suggest and get a feel for form in em. I need to concentrate on the design and stuff. in speedies i try and get mood mostly.
anyways here is a face i did and tried to experiment with colour!
some old stuff that i did ages ago, just found em! they were done with marker and pen except for the monkey which is pastels
Added this to the speed painting thread and thought i'd add it to me SB, thank you for viewing
some more, but never enough
Those marker and ink pieces are looking solid!!
Try and get your digital work to render better so it doesn't come out foggy and blurry. Put a few more minutes in to really smooth it out! Don't settle for anything you don't agree with! Keep working!
