Where sketchyness runs free --- UPDATE SEPTEMBER 27!

    Hello everyone !

I'm 27 years old, live and work in Vienna as a Media ... uhm ... guy ... actually I work at a printing company at the moment, which allows me not much free-time for any other creative work, but I'm doing my best to improve.
Glad you found my happy little skecthbook, I hope you like what you see.

Here's some new stuff - hope u like it.
I would really appreciate every comment - may it be short or long, just go ahead, you can do it !

    P.S.:
The lady with the cigarette and the wolverine-guy were created by other artists, he is inspired by the wonderful Gabrielle Del'Otto and she by a member of this forum, whose name I can't recall right now, but I'll add it as soon as I remember it ...

    P.P.S:
Sorry, I forgot - George Bush from the Caricatures is also inspired - can't recall the name again, ooops, ...

    Grrrreetings from Vienna!

You've got some awesome form, and some of your pieces have beautiful lighting. One thing: I would recommend studying up on/spending more time on the hands. Some say hands are nearly as important as the eyes and face, as of showing personality/emotion, and I tend to agree.

    Eagerly awaiting more work!

Your faces are nice, but keep working on your anatomy. It really stands out against how nice your faces are.

You really can do something! I love the traditional pieces you've done. They has great feeling in them. You really know where to put shadow, that's what I noticed first. Keep it up.

    Small update -
A little bit of everything ( description is not in order) - some old sketches, some eye-"studies", one study-copy from Mentler, the ingenious Bone Doctor - love this man! - , and a quick sketch from today of an old man, took me about 30 min.

RainShinobi - Thanks man, will soon drop by again at your SB!

cyqunea - Thank you very much! Hope to see some pictures from you as well!

I like the variety you have in terms of the faces, and I really enjoy your characterized heads too.

I can't really think of anything to say, outside of what everyone else has said.

    Keep it up

love your sketchy style and feel. Good usage of black vs white and study of lights, however maybe you should try and "render" more. Great stuff overall though, id like to see some color work from you
