oK SO I'VE BEEN DOING LOAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAADS but you don't get to see most of it k thats smiley just rockz your socks, i've got some of the anatomy wrong but i got the basic idea and am working on legs so then the fun part comes playing and putting them all together !!!!!!! making loooooads of cool people with cool poses.
Some of them started and i already figured some things i need to work on like lower arm and legs and also torso from side ways.

Looks nice, keep pushing and working on line quality, try to get as longer unbroken lines as you can. Also when someone is viewed standing up from the side there back appears as slightly arched, it makes the person look less stiff. Draw from life too its like a workout for your drawing skills. Cya around.

Nice study, anatomy is the thing which I keep learning but keep forgetting. It happens especially while you're trying to put them all together. So I think you're doing well! The pose can use some ref, I think it's better to start to draw from life with just a little bit imagination, then develop it after you getting used to with the anatomy.

    Keep it up!

It should always be bore in one's mind that he must be responsible for his life........

better, but as a start you'd be better off using hard edged brushes as they allow you to describe form more easily. Also, whenever you start a drawing determine a lightsource and really try to think about how the light would fall on your particular subject, the best way to get good at judgin this is to draw from life. Keep it up friend.

    The apple looks sweet.
Here are some tutorials about blending:

Alright, the first link goes to 4 free loomis anatomy books. But it has nude figures at the bottom of each page. So you might not want to use it too often.

The second goes to an artists figure drawings (Kevin Chen) He was a teacher in California for a while but I think he is now in Game design.

Hope these help out in your studies.

Nice, that face is a step forward but be careful you don't want to get too caught up doing anime fan art or any style in particular, but rather jus draw things as you see them until your own style develops. It will be worth it in the end rather than ending up as anothe anime dan artist. keep it up man.

hell you are amazing. Thanks for visiting my sketchbook. I can see you have big loads of potential to exploit. Great work, if you are as young as you say, you have great future, mostly because you seem to be doing things the right way. Your studies are focused, and you go part by part, something i'm doing now, but i wish i did years ago. keep it coming, and if you ever need help, critique or anything, don't hesitate to ask!

It seems that you have fun with the fan art. I love anime style as well, but I agree with Miles. Varying your style and exploring possibility will definitely be beneficial to you.

good, keep doing studies. Feet themselves aren't too hard to draw, but learning how to place them on the ground is what's harder. Right now would be a good time to start learning how to draw in perspective if you haven't started with it. You may not realize it so much right now, but every one of your drawings needs to have correct perspective rules, even if it's just a drawing of a person. A good cheap book on the topic that I learned from is "Perspective Made Easy" by Ernest R Norling

I'm loving all the studies I saw in here, awesome work so far It's clear you're taking the advice everybody's been giving you, and all your practice is already steadily beginning to pay off.

I also noticed you were beginning to experiment with colours, and if you decide to start practicing with that, you may want to try getting rid of outlines entirely (: It takes an entirely different set of mind to actually colour something, as opposed to colouring something in, and lineartless work really helps you get a better understanding of lighting and shading.
Since it's not particularly wise to focus on one particular style when learning anatomy (as many have already stated here), you could occasionally use fanart and such to practice colouring instead (: (Ever try painting a realistic picture of Sora? ;P) Certainly not something to rely on very much, but a good way to have fun if you enjoy drawing fanart for series like Kingdom Hearts and Bleach, and still get something beneficial from it.
...err, well, that's what I think anyways ^^ Others probably think differently.

OK this is a lil update of some hand studies and some drawings and doodles also learning and trying to be good with a pencil.

The girl studies turned out OK i think but OMFG i have a proplem i spent about 30mins on that then i got bored i rush my work too much and i don't spend enough time on 1 piece the most time i spend is like 30mins to the max 1 hour and am dieing .... god help me
and the last piece i don't think is real worth showing but oh well lol... really unpleased with it

I'm surprised how often you update this book, I couldn't stand updating it even every few days, lol. I can relate to what it seems like you're going through, I spent tons and tons of days pissed about my drawings, and how I wasn't satisfied with them AT ALL. You've just got to learn to push through the bs thats clouding your mind because the reward on the other side is well worth it.

As for your patience with finishing drawings, patience is a skill on it's own, something you'll just adapt as you do more longer pieces, I can spend hours on one piece now no problem. Once again, the more you do it the better you'll get.

Another important aspect of studying these anatomy books is the stroke which they apply. I believe that one can learn from copying the way they draw, you learn how to see things correctly. I sort of borrow this concept form ccsear, he talks about practicing with tracing paper, and I think this applies the same principle which we draw from life.

It should always be bore in one's mind that he must be responsible for his life........
