Posture Health and Sketching
I seem to find i get cramps in my neck and upper back sometimes from sketching, what do other people to help their posture when they draw for long times?

My New Year resolution is training in gym for endurance so I could draw more hours .
As for posture - swimming always helped me with that.

Stretch. Make yourself get up every so often, walk around and stretch.
