Wow! You really improved a lot man! Congrats on your new job. Just looked at the site, you've got a new look I see

I have a great time in Groningen. Basically I get to do whatever I want to do at the academy. Only down side is that the teachers are very focussed on concept and ideas, and not so much on techniques.

Would be cool to hang out at a sketchmeet sometime.

Viewed through the thread, great progress!

I guess you could try to concentrate on the focus of your a bit more by pushing values and saturation on the area of intended focus, that would make them read even better.

Amazing sketchbook, amazing concepts, amazing progress! One question, though - do you start with b/w image or do you jump straight to colors? I`m having such a hard time determining what works best, and have absolutely NO idea how to color b/w images...

Noukah, Dromer, Quike Garcia: Thanks for the love Been kind of slacking lately so no real updates. Busy at work so I'm tired most of the time

PxelSlayer: Thanks! I do both, but most of the time I start in BW to get all the values right. I then proceed to add a Colour and Overlay layer to slap on some colour, then flatten everything and start painting (in colour) on top again to get everything to an appropriate level of quality and tweak stuff that doesn't look right.

Really nice and a lot of fun to see the process.
Whenever you have a little time, I'd be very happy to hear any critique from you as well
