well, no critique, AMAZING life drawings, cool digipaintings....

i just can't put my finger on it.
but the other ones look fantastic

A new finished painting (Photoshop, Wacom tablet, around 20-40hours?)
marble texture from www.cgtextures.com
edit: almost forgot this one, an unfinished painting where I tried to incorporate a photo background (the photo is mine) and this particular color scheme.

wow great stuff and no wonder it took this long to finish it with so many carachters in it
also nice painting using the photo i wish you'll finish it
Good job on cramming all those figures into one painting!
The second one is very pretty, the colour scheme reminds me of Henna's paintings a little. I love the retro feel of it
Hey, your skin tones are really neat in your portraits! nice studies and illustrations.. Thanks for the skin tones tuts, really helpful for me and the rest of the community. Keep up your good work!
Thank you so much for these tutorials, they're informative and helpful but don't just teach you how to do something, they make you think.
Are you going to update your sketchbook any time soon? I would love to see new stuff (and many others would too, I believe)!
that has some great lighting effects looks cool and the pose looks nice as well
you did a great job on this one
oren, thank you
Hans, it's great to be back Grazie
miycko, thank you!
R, thank you! I gotta admit I don't know who nox is, can you enlighten me?
Sandmadame, zu Befehl!
Latest sketches from Angel Academy of Art, drawn from life.
Mary Tudor, Photoshop speedpaint (yep, she didn't really have eyebrows)
Anne Boleyn, unfinished painting
This was inspired by Stanley Kubrick's movie Spartacus (1960). Spoiler ahead: The crucified guy is the famous rebel Spartacus, leader of the slave uprising; and the baby is his son. This is how the movie ends, it was really sad ;__;
Also an unfinished painting, I'll finish it some day in the far future when I can figure out the perspective.
So toll! Du wirst immer besser^^ Ich hoffe wirklich du machst die beiden letzten Bilder noch zu ende. Besonders Anne Boleyn hats mir angetan. Das gesicht sieht echt Klasse aus, diese Farben.
Hello Christina, to start with, I quite liked your general approach to figure drawing. Harmonic themes of feminine concepts reminds me of Victorian era and neo-classical styles such as Baroque ( without the influence of chiaroscuro ). The only thing which bothers me a bit in some of your illustrations is, the presentation of your character's face characteristics. I'm not quite sure but in some of your faces the nose and the eyes look a bit big of out of proportion, it's a minor mistake though with paying a bit more focus on those small aspects you will fix that. Never than less, an impressive portfolio!
those are some intresting studies you did
You're a charcoal monster :|
