Very random sketches from today. Some freehand perspective practice, bottles, and the occasional Loomis.

really nice sb, self portrait ended up nicely.

Considering the piece with boobs , dunno if you wanted so but highlights over the boobs where she is supposed to wear no clothes looks like some nylon or some similar slippery item is covering her boobs - or she just simply oiled them

    School dump.

Some is for the redesign of the Solo bottle, a Norwegian soft drink.
But I'm much more stoked about the wine rack renders I've been dabbling with all day.

Did some promowork for a couple of friends going-away party. Quite happy with this, I really nailed the likeness from looking at multiple photos instead of just using one as a reference.

Bit of an update after a very stressful semester at school.

Thanks for the feedback dude, totally agree with you, i need to build up my work with both soft and hard lines, a bad habit of mine, i guess thats how i learn how to render.
But definitely taking that into account. will do some soft/hard surface studies too soon enough .
Enjoying your background in product design/industrial, its very handy for what i want to get into (concept art for games). so far im studying a games course, but we havent learnt much about rendering out materials very well, more so we learn how to make and write a game DESIGN. flow, winning conditions, etc etc..yawn. but yeah.
Those last sketches of yours read well, very fluid!

I'm liking those pencils! You could benefit from studying some gibson girls though (as could all of us!). His first name is Dana if you aren't familiar with his work. keep it up man. gogogogo

Cool stuff dude, is the game for real or just a proof of concept?
WHen doing portraits, pay close attention to the eyes, you tend to make alot of mistakes with them. And they do make or break a character.

    Just my 2 cents!
    Keep up the great work!
