DSG 1316: Holiday Creature: SANTA CTHULHU

    [ Wow... ]

    [ "Pool Monster"?? ]

    [ ...Really?!? ]

[ ...What the hell was I thinking?? ]

    [ Well, anyways... ]

[ Here's something that makes a little more sense, considering. ]

    [ And, really... ]

[ This one is just so obvious, isn't it? ]

[ Hope everyone has a great (or at least a halfway decent) holiday! ]

    [ ]

I don't think little kiddies will be getting their gifts this year...

    Just under an hour.

Come on people, Cthulhu needs more LOVE!

Spent about 2 hours on this - more than the last one, and ended up with something that looks even worse. There was line art, but I had to hide it since the lines were really distracting (I used white on black when sketching). Also made the mistake of not painting the background first (forgot about the moon). Maybe I should have kept the background as a separate layer.

I recently bought a license for Painter X. I started the sketch in Painter and then transferred it to PS.
