Crit needed for WIP
I'm just about done (still have to come up with a background), but I'm feeling like I need to make some drastic changes. Any advice?

Well, just critiquing on form...
1) The nose appears to have its right side cut off. Find references or look sidelong at yourself in a mirror with this sort of side backlighting, and you'll see that there isn't such a strong highlight running all the way down the nose, and also that the right nostril is more defined at the angle you're drawing this from.
2) The right side of the face generally has smaller features than the left (ear, eye, and again the nostril). It's as if you're working too hard to make the face recede with the slight head-turn. Do some grid lines and make sure your features are mapping to equal size on both sides, and make sure your chin's midpoint aligns with the nose/centre of the eybrows.
The head shape is very good, great chin definition (but again, grid in that centre).
