    cartoon redesigns

    Hi .
This is my first post here at CA .
I am a great fan of cartoons , and I have fun doign redesigns of them .
some time ago , I choosed to redesign a tv show named The Teenage Robot .
They have a retro look , and its increadible flat , in a fun way .

Here are some of the redesigs that I did , to make them more 3d look .
there is a little image of the original on the corner .

I hope you like them , and we can discuss it .
    thanks

And here are some speed paintings of key scenes of the same cartoon .
each one of these speedpaints were done in exact 2 hours .
thats was a rule that I imposed to myself while doing them .

I used to watch that show.

I like the re-creations of the characters. Your style is really cool. Vexus is great.

Those 2 fully rendered versions of the characters are great. Love the green one abit more though - more atmosphere.

    Thank you guys .
thats exactly the idea , to take simple ( but very good) design , and gave them a diferent look .
In my case , as I work in 3d , that the feeling I was trying to achieve .
here are some preocess images .
    enjoy .
