    It looks like a lot of hard work sketching but not much solid form being built up.

    My best advice would be to try to think in layers and draw your character first without hair and naked and then block in some clothes and main hair afterwards.

    The way you're working now it looks like you are fitting the body around the hair and clothes and it would take a lot more refinement to get things to high quality level.

    It also looks like you need to start with a much more simple scene so you can focus on things like lighting and texture and not have to worry about so many things (ie hands, feet and hair).
