I'm kinda sad claymation is gone...

I just picked up the DVD of The Adventures of Mark Twain, a movie i haven't seen since i was probably 6 years old. It is amazing but, i feel like 3D seems to lack something that clay more easily captured. I've been to a lot of the more recent 3d films but... bad writing, poor modeling and animating.. ugh....... I just want to sit in with my girl and watch this again.

Robot Chicken doesnt count? Actually, maybe that's considered more stop motion with a side of clay.

The Satan bit in the Adventures of Mark Twain is awesome. Oddly one of the most creepy claymation moments ever.

hey anyone ever seen that old claymation movie where some dude is talking at a podium and the podium eats him and traps him in a little box? Its super wierd and freaked me out when i was a little kid. I can never remeber the name of it though. Its a really dreary movie.
