    How do you get better at musculature? What exactly do you copy? I know it's all about practice because... well... what isn't? But what do you copy?

    Nice start. Welcome to CA.org. I would suggest you start doing some anatomy studies to perfect your characters. And trust me its worth it. Also on you sketches it would be nice to get as less stroke lines in your drawings.

    Anatomy books or real life models are the best way to get better at drawing more realistic figures. it pays off in the long run. Everything looks ok right now, you have some very interesting ideas. I suggest looking on youtube, they have a few good quick photoshop tuitorials you can look at and get the basics of photoshop. But really the best way to get better at photoshop is simply messing around with all the different stuff untill you get the feel of it.

    gretchen and hack either has big heads or little bodies, the first image has a good concept, i think the foot is too close.
