    Speaking of the deadline...

I am starting to relize it is pretty cramped for a lot of you. I figured we'd get it done before the holidays, but maybe we need a little longer? I'll be traveling for a good chunk of time around Christmas, but would somewhere in between then and New Years' work better than the 16th?

Your opinions count, but only in your imagination. I'd still like to hear what you guys think before I decide...

it might make for a better art show and less pussouts.
    i have nothing against it.

Barring my past comments, a little longer would be better as I had unexpected comp failure and I need to find my version of PS again and reinstall my wacom. If not, I'll still have my entry ready.

That's a good idea. I agree as well about extending the deadline, it just have to be concrete soon. The topic is a nice one and tough one, pretty nice works will come out of this.

I have one question for you, Cody...

Tomorrow, I have to go into Pittsburgh, fight with 200 motherfucking bureaucrats to file for my Social Security, a process that, (considering my normal peaceful demeanor) will probably extend to a week and involve at least some jail time for me...

So, other than that, why should I have an opinion on extending the deadline?

...but please keep in mind that I will identify you as my accomplice and/or shrink if they ask...

[...my berfday is the !st of January. It would be so cool to see all that neat art for the first time as a gift...hint...hint...]

ADD: BTW, I'm basing this on the fact that no matter how careful we are, a great many people are going to be screwed up by the holiday period, which has a habit of eating up about two weeks of real time by the time we get done with travel and family hassles...

The deadline is absurdly cramped for me. An extra week would make all the difference though.

I've heard from the majority of you that the deadline is pretty damn tight, so I'm going to lighten the load off of everybody. That means you're piece better be that much better though:

Deadline extended to Sunday, December 30th, 2007.
