Its' free and it takes less than 10 seconds!
Pretty nice stuff. The eyes on the third girl are misaligned. First girl has no nipple, and her breast look pushed up though she's not wearing a bra. Also her feet look very rushed, you should practice feet a bit more I guess.
Apart from the second one, you've got some pretty nice compositions with moody lighting.
Keep it up!
I like the shading technique used.
very nice work
You've got some really nice work here and on your blog. I took a stroll around your works and saved some to my hard drive
For your last piece, I'm not exactly sure where you wanted the focus to be. The three figures off in the distance seem like an after thought and don't draw too much attention to themselves. then there's the foreground detail that catches my eye. Following that, my eyes keep going to the root of the tree on the right where it looks like it's the most detailed and contrasted area.

Thank you very much !
now, this time, I am preparing a personnal work where I have some shades & colors difficulties...
this picture is a really challenge for me, because I have to tried to break my habits.
and so ...
To the final render, I'll put a soft Gaussianblur on the minor charaters like This :

Oh no don't destroy it with the gaussian blur. You seem to be able to paint
a bit already so why not just paint it blurry, hence working your edges.
It will look so much better than the blur

I like your sense of light and composition, but your forms are a bit gummy and your edges don't have enough variation and your trees are too stylized.
I would advise getting Bridgman's anatomy books, 100 hands, constructive anatomy, the human machine and life drawing .... and copying each one into your notebooks line for line. (also read the text, duh)
Ya got talent, let's see you take it to the next level..
