The journey toward improvement (sketches wips and ...blah)

Hello, This is my first post (after a bit of lurking) and I wanted to get some constructive feedback on my art. My goal is to break into the gaming industry in 5 months as an concept artist/modeler. I know some modelling, but my real need is in the traditional art. I am married and done with school (theology degree..sigh) and can't really go back to school, so everything you see here will be self taught. My current job allows some good time for art so I need to buckle down and start improving. I know (some of) my weaknesses and will try to improve in these areas.

-composition - everything I do feels like a sketch/wip... I need to see some completed works

-anatomy- I guess we all need to improve here

-painting/color - I just purchased a tablet... before that I never touched any kind of paint or coloring program.... ugh

-contrast- my stuff is too bland

    -overall hand skills- practice...practice... practice

...so basically I need to work on everything...sigh...
