I apparently won Painter X with a Wacom during a conference but...

It been a month and half since I claimed my prize and nothing yet in the mailbox

I want to write back to the organizer but I am weak to write polite letters haha. Last time I won a contest I waited 2 months and wrote a bad mood letter to the organizer and he felt bad and I felt bad when I realized it landed in my mailbox the same day... LOL.

Anyway, how to let him know that I am patiently waiting but worrying?

    Hello XXXXXX

It been a month since I claimed the prize of Painter X and the Wacom, but I haven’t received the prize yet.

So I was wondering if there was a problem with the shipping.

    Regards

I feel it too straightforward... . Not counting I have poor grammar since I was born french speaker (Sorry )

    Thanks for the help

thats pretty good, nothing to harsh there. just remember that some contests dont actually have the product readily available, they have to order it, receive it and then re-send it to you.
I'd say a nice letter like that after a month should do the trick. Just wait for now.
if you dont receive a response, then make a gif of yourself doing that fingers-flick of the chin thing, saying something with "merde" on it and email it to them.

I would wait 6 weeks too, but not more than that. Also, read the fine print again just to see if they gave you a time frame. But, if by 6 weeks, you haven't gotten it, then write a letter. Be pushy and firm, but never outright rude or childish when writing businesses. Otherwise, you might not get a response or your prizes.

And, just to help your grammar a little... You're almost correct, but here it is a little more accurate:

    --------------------------

    To Whom It May Concern:

It has been approximately 6 weeks since I won the prize of Painter X and the Wacom, but I have not received them yet.

Please contact me as soon as possible regarding this issue. Thank you for your time.

    Regards,

Well I went into a refined version of my letter and I got a quick straight answer with no politically correctness. The guy is investigating what's going on and thanked me to let him know the situation.

So much for being polite and careful lol. Looking good.

    Thanks everyone
