Damn! Well, it looks pretty awesome for being winged.

Cool structures in this enviro. Couple things: the green in the middle ground seems too saturated to me, and the highlights on the middle ground building may be too light? I don't think they should be much lighter than the highlights on the foreground building, right?

    Hey Ookchk

Pretty much agree with Cacodaemonia crit.

I do have a comment on the perspective though. The house in the foreground is seen straight on, but the house in the background is situated a bit higher then the foreground house, and it is seen a little bit from the top, since the bottom of the house curves a bit down. hmm maybe i'm just seeing it wrong

    Anyways keep doing those environments

Here's something I'm working on for the Industrial Design of the Week... the theme is "Mobile Fort" and must be either medieval, steampunk or dieselpunk. I hadn't heard of dieselpunk until now, so I was intrigued...

Btw, this is photoshop over a SketchUp model I made

Hey buddy, it's looking good! Since it's a development piece, the only thing I can really comment on is the design. It'd be good if there were doors or something that indicated the scale of this thing. From the wheels you sort of gather that it's big, but how big? Ridiculously big? Or just slightly bigger than a modern day tank? How big are those guns? Is it that the thing just has small treads and big guns, or is this an enormously huge fort with even bigger guns? Needs something to give it more context... Not everything on this thing can be big! Some stuff has to be small to give it balance and visual texture.

I also think it needs more interest. I don't know anything about dieselpunk but it looks like a 1920's train attached to a couple of fat-looking torpedoes. It seems disproportionately wide in comparison to it's length, something which I don't find aesthetically pleasing. I think the basic proportions of the vehicle need to be revisited. I like the 1920's train part, but the other stuff just doesn't seem to connect with it in a way that says "someone made me this way on purpose". I realize those steampunk-esque movements are all about salvaging things and making them into victorian era machines, but any jackoff can sit a torpedo next to a train. You're a concept artist! You need to solve this problem in a way that makes people say "WOW!" instead of "oh."

Hah, cool design. The painted teeth are fun. This a war machine, right? If that's the case, those windows on the front of the cab seem very vulnerable.

nice apple! You paint very well. Interesting tank, although so much glass on a tank? Fun design, though. Watch out for your greens on foliage - there's actually very little green in there. It's mostly oranges, reds, and purples with just a hint of green over each color.
