Finally a sketchbook. Long time no see.
Those are some nice and clean studies, doing good. The little "color palette" things in the black box look pretty interesting, but they're a bit on the small side. Those updates on october 25 are pretty good. Did you do the guitar? since it sais "by yahyaesan" or something. The environmental piece with the mayan temple could probably use some sense of depth in the water. You seem to have struggled with perspective too. Just avoid putting everything on the horizon, and use perspective lines for help. The mountain village looks pretty cool. Some simple, clean brush strokes with a big effect on the hill, and the mountains in the back. Only think you should define the edge of the road a little more. You should probably also define your light source a little more. Judging from the church, its on the left, but it doesn't match up with all elements. Some pretty crazy sketches among those "100 cow".
Keep sketching! love to see more from you.
Anthis: thanks bro, about the guitar images yes its mine, sony is my nick, my name is Yahya Ehsan. I know my environments are not theoretically strong, i'm working on it, if you like please visit that environmentoring with form in the mentoring section, thats a really good work by form. Nice and clean assignments. about the cow 100, i wish i had done all of them.

hey! u got potential, lad! keep working, draw as much as you can. I`ve been drawing since I was 4 years old so you could say that I have around 20 years of drawing experience. And nevertheless I`m not as good as I could be. There was a time when I was drawing every day, man, those were the good times.. Anyway draw as much as you can and most of all, do a lot of figure and life drawing, it will help you a lot! Cheers!
JL.Alfaro: thanks for your comments , i will do more
Alien Ape Star: come on man you are good at your concepts and bringing them all together

Nice work Sony. Your anatomy studies are looking good.
Hi its been a while since i have posted some thing
Its for Dominance war III
Artifact Weapon; Darkness/void
Bal’brassendro’s ancestors were from Europe. As the time passed the continents moved from their origin and all the land stacked into each other. The water at one side and the land at the other side, sea creatures/fishes got emerged with the land omnivorous and got more lethal on land as well.
As the electro-technology failed to work due to some loop holes in the experiment, there was only one way to pass your time. Either die or use your spiritual powers to survive or hide for some time .
He has always been experimenting with his powers and now possesses the unique power of darkness. He can hypnotize the animals and merge them to black horned creatures, the origin of the horns are at the top of the eye. Not at the usual place. He is now being worshiped by the talking omnivorous beasts. [MORE TO COME working on it…]
you've got some really nice stuff here. i really liked the cow 'n' chicken one (great show) and the last fish. i'd suggest just continuing on w/ the anatomy and face studies and try to push your lights/darks more to help bring out more contrast. keep it up.
To live is to create, to create is to live. Without art and music, I do not know how I would get by in my day to day life.
Hi all its been a while since i have posted here on my SKB.
thesadpencil: Thanks for the comments!
So here's what i have new with me
I really like the style of android [Andrew Jones], I love you Andrew. I have used max to create the bridge and then painted the details over the raw render for the first image. Most of the patterns that appear in the images are custom made some are found on internet.
--For the image which looks like a bra is from a nat geo book i forgot the name!
Monkey is the key manager of the band, he is like always ready to dance in a bhangra style, Bear the dance lover & back vocalist for the cool and sleek & the guy for the band; guitarist and lead vocalist!!!
Dang sony, you've been off my radar for a while. Doing great! You're doing some nice things with textures. I also think your work looks a lot more free and dynamic.
Liking your concepts like in #17. Seems you went quick on some parts like the shin guards tho. Like the lighting in #18
Nice sketches in #20. I have no idea how you made those couple of works with all the textures and things. Textured brushes or something? It looks fun, perhaps you could try more to apply it to actual designs or concepting, like in those few black/whites.
Nice job, keep up the pace! I'll be sure to check on you more regularly.
Robz: Thanks for the comments I use photoshop painter for 2d stuff and 3ds max for 3d stuff.
The illustration of the billy goat and gruff is the result of mentoring help by ostrander [Mr. Glen] thank you Glen for you support and help!
