Its' free and it takes less than 10 seconds!
2 hours tell black and white completeion
I like the composition.
but I would just like to point out that the human child there in the bottom left looks more like he's laughing at me than cowering from the moo beast
also I would work on your weapon design a little bit.. I play WoW and it's just not ridiculous enough.
also your tauren could be a little more intimidating, also seeing as he's a shammy he could have a little more nature stuff goin on.. just my thoughts
I have not added the effects and lightining yet, and the flying snow. But thanks for the comment on the compostion, I appricate it. I tried hard to make it look right.
The weapon I think I will leave for now becasue I feel that some are way to silly in the game, and to me this looks right. I will work on the face of the gnome, and the tauren. I will post another update tonight, thanks!
Everything about WOW is silly anyway. I really like the illustration though!
Honest, I don't try to be an asshole, it just happens!
Changed the kid to a gnome, lol the kid was orginaly suppost to be a gnome, but did not come out right, lol
Should I add the lightining now or after I color?
Thanks for looking at my work, and for your comments. But I am doing this peice, and others to help raise money for a surgery I need to get my life back. I went through cancer and won, but it really hurt my body. My friends made a site for me, and if you would please take a look, and help me get the word out I would be very thankful.
Thank you all so much.
very rough colors!
I would darken the lights in the Tarren, they are a little too light for something thats supposed to be dark cow fur, look at more reference like this... http://www.ryk.ca/images/articles/monstermoose1.jpg
No matter how much light is hitting him its never going to be as light as the snow because the snow is white and reflects light and the Tarrens fur is dark brown and its texture will absorb the light. After you do that you need to establish a hierarchy of values within the Tarren, for example the light part of his abs wouldn't be as light as the light on this arm, etc.
great, thanks for the tip, I never draw somthing in snow before, so thanks alot.
Some minor tweeks now and I am going to call it done!
Done, Thanks all I will post in the finished section and look forward to your comments.
