My Sketch Book
Hey, im new to CA.org and I was wondering if I could get a few crits on this sketch.

pretty awesome, reminds me of my friend grendel grack's graphite explorations, def. check out her stuff if you get a chance. i'd suggest a more defined tonal range and really explore textures with your pencils.

That is pretty awesome One thing that's bothering me is that the dragons head kinda blends into that wing alot. You could use some tonal seperation there, make one light and the other dark, since at first glance I thought some of the spines and stuff on his head were spines on his wing. I'd probably go with making the wing the lighter one, as it will work as an atmospheric effect (sorry I don't know the correct arty term for this, the thing where objects further away look paler and more blue) and will hopefully make the dragon look even larger and more awesome and make his head pop out. What I like most is the guy riding him. What a badass! great work there.
