Ok, I could say the eyes are to tight to each other, but the mans got a very big nose so I guess it's part of him. Anywyas his eyes have forms that look like you're thinking you know the forms of an eye, but you really don't. Here I added a picture of the proportions of the eye (drawn with mouse, sorry for wuality), as taught by Burne Hogarth! You see the red lines, one at the highest point of the eye and one at the lowest. Divided into three parts it is easier to define the forms of the eye. I believe. Although when I look more closely on your piece I think you already know this, but anyways... perhaps it'll help. Also the nose and the lips are off, the upper lips width is not equal on both its sies for example. Burne Hogarth - Drawing The Hman Head is a great book.

It's hard to critique because you didn't give us any info. What did you use to make this? What was your ref? What were you trying to depict?

Sarcophagus, no offense, but he probably did this from ref, or at least the nose and mouth- he wasn't painting like he knew the forms when he didn't- I'm pretty sure he was just following the reference.
