    ACROYEAR redesign- WIP 10-12

Okay, here're the results so far with the Y2Klay I got a while back. It's my take on an Acroyear from the Micronauts, although it may end up being something entirely different by the time I'm done, I'm just sort of winging it! I'm also thinking of letting this one be a little rough rather than finish it too cleanly. Let me know what you all think. Take care.

    AcroyGuyver!
This is all kinds of awesome. My only crit is that it's just a bust and not a full figure.

Wow, that's a crazy biomorphic take on Acroyear, man. I LOVE the Micronauts. Can't wait to see it finished, and I'd love to see your take on Baron Karza.

Beautiful sculpting too. Seeing this just made my day.

Thanks for all the kind words everyone!

Hugeanticpeanut- He's sculpted in Y2Klay. It's the first time I've used the stuff and it's a little softer than I'd hoped it'd be. For that reason I've decided to leave him sorta rough since there's no way I'd be able to get super-fine details on him. Also, I'm inherently lazy, so if I can avoid doing a lot of tight clean-up I will!

I like the general look of it. But I don't quite understand what's going on in the face region. Does he has a mask, what are those features on his face?

I believe that he is wearing a full helmet that covers his entire face.. At least that's what the original Acroyear wore.
