    Really solid update!
especially the goat and the gunner are great. The quick grayscales are also showing alot of potential.

    (update more often please )

    Tor- haha rad, thanks anyways.

well its about time for a post i think! heh.

Around November last year i was fortunate enough for a new games company in Sydney to give me a go. so i jumped at it and moved up. its been a great learning experience! and im still completely overwhelmed by how little i really know!

anyways heres a few scribbles from the last night and the night before(trying to start doing a little for myself in my spare time). nothing special, just quickies. but its better than nothing right?

some weird creature. kinda reminds me a little of district 9.

been fascinated with back muscles at work recently. need to do some proper studies.

these two were inspired after watching MUSA(Korean movie), slash mix with that comic project/idea/thingy i was working on last year.

cheers for checking it out. and as always crits most welcome.

Good work! On the last wip, you should work on the value range. THe middle part looks good, but in the left the sldier's head kinda fuses with the black background. Also, the blackness of the robot at the right interacts too much with the rock at his right.
I'd also reccommend to experiment with saturated colours as they darken. I mean, the light blue you've got in the zombie, for example, becomes a grayish, muddy colour instead of a strong dark blue, which would give a better "light" impression.
Anyway, there's some great progress going on here! Keep it up!

Sweet work, love your style. The Old (japanese?) guy above the samurai, and the "it's about time" double base guy are my favs from the recent stuff.
How'd you keep things so loose?

The Sceptical Saint- thanks man, yeah i scribble a lot. i don't recommend it heh. I think its always best to have more thought with every line, I seem to spend half my time cleaning up the messes i make.

still havnt been doing much for myself, and cant show what im doing at work but here are a few more scribbles from the evenings.

had Tetsuo in mind for this one

    Bucky O' Hare flash back

had some fun with these as warm ups before work one morning. about 15 mins on each

    hope you enjoy.

entry wip for CHOW Im being a little lame and going for a demon/God of viruses and corruption.

I want him to be an ever changing, ever evolving, demon whose body is constantly rearranging itself in a pixelated manner. not to mention malting little bits of evil corrupting viruses everywhere he goes.

I want him to mostly be in human form but occasionally may have an extra couple of heads or arms in such. perhaps one of his heads could be horse like representing a Trojan virus. does anyone have any ideas of viruses that can be visually represented?? need to look into that...hmmm dont like searching for it though...might bring some evil my way heh.

here are some initial concepts for him. see how he evolves till the end..

    crits and ideas most welcome.
