Just what the name says. It's some of my stuff that I have done over the past few months (some of it is not what you would call "new"). Anyway, the idea is that you know where my technical skills lie (i do know how to draw in perspective, i just don't have any of mine on my hard drive). WARNING: there are some scenes i did in Blender 3-D. there will be more to come.
p.s. If any one has any advice, criticism, or help they wish to send me, PLEASE DON'T HOLD BACK!!
I agree with fun fetus, its hard to gage someones skill level by this kind of work.
sorry I didn't mean for that to happen. ( guess I'm a little ashamed posting these with a bunch of pros taking a look at them) I am in no way a great artist (not even a good technician)
Don't worry, man, that's what this kind of thing is for. You WANT better artists to look at your stuff, so they can help you get better.
I see you like teh animes -- that's fine (I do too), but at this point, you need to study and learn to draw from real life. The stylized stuff can come later, once you've got the basics.
Check out this guy's sketchbook. He's doing all the right things to learn: Focusing on the basics of form, light and shadow, anatomy, perspective, etc. Follow his lead, and you'll make progress quick.
edit: Also, shrink down those pictures, they're huge!
