Ooh... neat idea! I like the color choices, and the faces on the trees... it's still too early to really give any helpful advice, except for a couple of things I noticed: The tiny figure in the middle of the road/brook(?)... I'm not sure about her (?) placement... are the guys with weapons following her lead, or are they pursuing her? If the former, I'd put her a bit closer to them, if the latter, a bit further down the road... that current placement of right smack in the middle of the painting is a little strange. Personally, my eye follows the path of the road, and rests right at the start of that bend, where the second band of shadow intersects... which might be a good place for her, imop (assuming she doesn't disappear into the shadow) Also, the perspective of the road seems like it may be a little off as it curves around the bend and over the hill... seems it should narrow more than it is... but I'm not sure on that one...

But I'm nitpicking mainly because I wanted to say something more useful than "great pic, can't wait to see more!" LOL... keep it up

hey man, thanks for the tips i will change that thx

anyone has an idea for background? i really dont know how to pull the background off compositionally...

because the end of the path, there your eye just 'stops'... and your eyes must be leaded to the exit of the forest. so there must be a curve or something to the exit... but im struggling to do this with perspective...

wtf am i making sense?? lol!

anyway, it would be great if someone could do a paintover for a fitting background cause i've come to the point i want to bang my head to the monitor
