1) Lose the green border.
2) Practice drawing drapery.
3) Practice drawing hair.
4) Look where you put her left eye.
5) Post this in the sketches section or in the Critique Center, not in Finished.
As the ego shrinks, so the spirit expands.
thanks for checking my pic. and for the good advice!
you got something nice going on here I think!
Just wanted to tell you that one thing that helps greatly is to mirror the picture from time to time while working on it. That way you see symmetrical errors immediately. Just look at the attachment, you should be able to see it more clearly I hope :]
Just work some more on this and it will turn out great.
Hey Lelle, Thanks For Taking The Time To Do This.it Does Help. And I Will Be Working On Pic. Soon! Thanks Again!
Shading. I hear that a lot and I really think that darkening the rocks the helper is by would accentuate him more. Also bring out the red in his eyes, which is damn cool.
The sky itself seems to have too many colors too close together and looks, dunno, odd It looks a little as if it is swerving in a circle when in reality its not really, and that bugs me.
Tbh I like the hair, but only for something with water, cause it looks wet.
All for now, cheers!
Thanks For Taking Time To Comment On Pic. [ AND YOUR RIGHT, I WAS GOING FOR THAT WET HAIR LOOK!]. THE ROCKS LOOK DARK ON MY COMP. BUT MAYBE NOT ON YOURS. I DO THINK DARK HELPS PICS. I HAD TIME TO DO SOME WORK ON HER EYES, [ HOPEFULLY A INPROVEMENT ] MORE WORK TO DO! THANKS AGAIN! MEPHISTOLV, LELLE,AND SOULBEAUER !
