    Noe, Zaxser, Snarfevs, Sali
Sali pretty much hit the nail on the head, as Snarfevs (your example is perfect ) did....20 minutes for a 100x100 thumbnail should be the average speed/time to do a proper thumbnail...but of course it depends on the skills of each individual...HPX will need 2 minutes, a beginner may need 1 hour...but the average should be in the lines of 15-25 minutes...

I recommend to do more than 3,33333333 thumbnails per day the first days, because you won't manage it to be as constant as you need to...imagine having no time because of school, illness or job or whatever the last days...try to finish it 10 days before the deadline, you maybe won't manage it but you will still have 10 days to come up with the last missing ones

Awww, that´s gonna be red-hot! I´m so excited...!

Yeah, the time management is the hardest part, but well, like said before, we shouldn´t put too much effort in every single creature. And like also said before, this is a not-to-miss oppertunity to develop your skills during drawing.
When you need about an hour for the first thumb, the 50th will be done in 15min. i suppose =)

So don´t cry! Don´t falter! Cheer up Boys, your make-up is running...!

So if these are going to be 15-20 min thumbnails, there's not gonna be the same quality cut as on other COWs/CHOWs, where a little sketchy submission wont do?

its thumbnails, no need for high detail, 15-20 mins is average, max would take you an hour for the first few, but once you got started, your technique should speed up faster and faster the more you do
