    Red face hi

    first off just wanted to say hi and i love the site. anyway to the point i have done some sculptures with non-drying clay but now i want to do some in scultpy <- spelled wrong. i have some fence wire 9 gauge is there a better wire i should be using.

    The wire should be just fine. What you make the armature out of is really of little importance as long as it wont melt or catch fire when you bake the sculpey.

    Personally, I use mostly aluminum armature wire because it bends easily. But for different things in the past I have used old metal coat hangers, paper clips, and copper electrical wire. For bulk I usually use aluminum foil.

    Sculpt away.
