id call that a decent first pass.. a practice round. now i suggest you try it again, better lay out the proportions and locations of features relative to each other.
her face needs a bit of work, helps to rotate the image to make sure things are where they should be.
her legs also need some help.
save the colors for last.. focus on properly capturing her in that pose. its gonna be tough, thats a crazy viewpoint, but it'll pay off if yuo take yuor time. - JAG

Trying to work from a photo can be a royal Pain in the A**.
The camera lens totally screws up perspective, especially in a close-up. Although you show the feet and legs as in the photo, in reality the legs and feet should much larger.
