Mystery of Albesila finished stuff [UPDATE*NEW VIDEO]

Probably someone of you heard about this maddnes project, probably someone are not ...

"Mystery of Albesila" is a project of a 3D animation film. The lenght of the film, as expcted by us right now, is about 20-30 min.
The amount of the people involved in the project is constantly increasing. By now, lots of people both from Poland and from other countries all over the world are our cooperators. We are really happy that so many people decided to face this project. It's increadible that we've got the possibility to communicate via the Internt and bring something really grat to life together.

NOTICE: The project is noncommercial. Nobody is ever going to earn any money on this film.

More information about our project you will find at our webpage: www.mysteryofalbesila.com

Finally we decide to create here thread which will be a collection of our team's concepts art, sketches, models etc. form Mystery of Albesila team.

Fell free to coment and crituque

    I'll start

The first one is a bit cheesy (hair, wizard stuff feels like i've already seen it before) but the other ones are nice, moody pieces of concept art.

I'm sorry I missed this. Those ID concepts are nice and clean in render. Seeing the mix in concepts here is refreshing. Great environments and characters all around. I'll have to check out the finished product. The shot of the creepy guy "protecting" the girl loses me a bit. She looks stiff in the upper neck. And he appears to be holding a dummy version with little weight distributed throughout her body.

Chupacabra: maybe you find some time to cooperate with us ?
    heimdallr: yeah! i hope too
Farvus: i'm glad for all your works that you made for MoA
    Cloister: More will come soon
Dile_: you may join our team antime you want brotha!
guterrez: thanks brotha! your stuff is amazing!
Jason Snair: great work on Faris concept Jason!
Matsign: Thanks for critique I can't wait too to see the finished product

Almost a year ago we ended works on the Albesila scale model, which should have been one of the background elements of the previsualisation. At the end of the work we'd decide to use 3d model in prewisualisation so we don't use scale model anymore.
We worked on the scale model almoust 3 months. Lots of our friends help us made it. Also, we meet wonderful people who helped us as well.
Scale model was not finished in 100% but we want to show you how we had fun during the process.

    To minZe,

Your environmental stuff is cool, just a suggestion but you might want to dial it in towards your own style. The lines, the shading, down to the little guys for scale looks like you pulled them straight from Feng Zhu’s work. I think Its good for artist’s to imitate those they like in order to learn from. But I think if it came down to it, a potential client might just opt for the real thing. Hope this helps a bit and I don’t sound like an ass.

Your coloring is quite nice for the most part. The biggest thing I'd suggest working on is anatomy of your characters, and a few of the side shots of the male nudes look like they're going to fall backwards.

    Lookin' good :{D
