with posemaniacs, it might be better to focus on gesture work at first, and make sure to mix that up with LONG anatomy studies. and you'll start being able to do really fast anatomy/gesture studies

if you feel your progress is crawling, it's probably due to being at the end of your rope as far as your visual memory goes. Do some nice long studies from life/ reference, and make them as good as you can. I've found that doing long term studies not only helps upgrade my visual memory, but gets my brain back into gear, and ideas come abound.

Texahol I found a life drawing sessions i can join. Its only 7 bucks a week! i think it shall be full of massive win.

thank the gods i think the kidney stones/UTI i had have passed cuse i can sit down and draw longer than 10 mins due to not having to pee every 5 :-D also the horrible pain is mostly gone!
