    printing/image size help!

when i start up a drawing i make it as an a4 preset for the image size. And i was wondering if i could get these drawings printed out in real life as a3 size. Would there be loss of quality?

because when i zoom in to actual pixels on my a4 drawings, i find the drawing is very much larger than an a4 piece of paper.

    thanks.

    Looking for work!
