    Thanks guys!

Angry - thanks, yeah, I love CHOW, actually makes me finish (or nearly finish) stuff

shiNIN - I agree on expressions, my characters are pretty dull now, hopefully I'll improve though

the rest of CHOW, needs polishing but I have no time...

I love your take on the little mermaid - definitely not the stereotypical mermaid figure. Great job on that.

Oh wow, thanks guys, sorry I didn't reply earlier, it's just that people don't usually post in my SB lol...

    kingkostas - thanks!

kelly x - thanks, I've been drawing guys lately, hope it pays off

thespianmonsalvo - thanks, I went for the unusual look, IMO the tail looks a bit plastic but it's ok, I'll do better next time

Decypl - thanks, I wasn't that lucky though, but as long as people see improvement it's all good

And now, time for... something. Don't laugh, my friend asked me to draw her some Anita Blake characters (yeah yeah, I know )

So, Dolph and Jean Claude, Dolph is gonna get a PS treatment, not so sure about JC

    Sorry about the crappy scans

I see no problems with it, especially that you draw such a lovely picture of Jean
Claude, especially his torso and clothes are great. the hands could use a little more refinement, I think a vampire's hands are even more important than a human's ones . I dunno about the face, I have nothing against it, it may be my taste that I imagined him another way . but I love his hair.
I don't remember every picture of yours here, but I think it's my favourite one this far

Hey. Great update. that last drawing of the guy. Sexy! But his hand on the hip looks a bit disjointed and he might need a tiny bit more forehead. It's not neccesarily to short but probably a little bit too narrow, considering his broad jaw.
Probably you can fix the foreshortening with making the hem of the shirt more visible.

Nice recent sketches. On the guy with the long hair, the head seems small for the rest of his body and his hands seem a little wonky. I'd like to see that one painted out, though. I like him.

A lot of improvement in here. I love seeing you in CHOWs, the work is really good. I'd like to see some more expression in some of the faces. Keep it up!

    Thanks everyone for the replies

shiNIN - yeah, you're right about those hands, they should use more work, I need more work on hands in general. You like the hair? It was supposed to be curly but I just can't imagine him curly... Then I heard he wore it straight ina a book I haven't read yet so I just went for it

    kelly - thanks a bunch!

DigitallyDumbfounded - oh yeah, I messed up both hands, I tend to do that a lot :/
Never occurred to me about the forehead, I'll try to fix it in the progress, thanks

    kingkostas - thank you

thespianmonsalvo - head to small? hmm I'll see what I can do when I paint him, thanks

    MJ_Alcazar - thank you

Meanwhile, I finished the Gender Bender, it could use more work, bu then again what couldn't

I'll leave it alone for now and paint hose two guys above...
