ok..decided I'd better start a new one cause I've developed a bit since I started the old one. And because the old one had so many pages, it took forever to load up.
For those who don't know me, I work as a security guard, usually alone for at least 4 hours a day. I have a new laptop loaded up with painter and inkscape, so I aim to be able to produce some finished paintings now and again. Mostly, while at work, I sketch on a clipboard, drawing what's right in front of me or what's in my head. blah...enough. here's today's picture....

Lolz, evil kitty! And the kitchen sink! Very nice werk..
I like the evil coffee, too; but it seems like the perspective of the floor-blob isn't quite right..
Cool SB.. Cheers!
Look, see! Nifty art! http://www.conceptart.org/forums/showthread.php?t=99803
Hey! Check out my blog here
I've been working on some entries to a TD that I cannot post here...we ladies are cooking up something hopefully awesome. In the meantime, since I found a bit of a lull ...here's my COW entry
..eh...at least I learnt some more about painter 8. It seems the airbrush can work as a blender if the right settings are done. And...wow..custom brushes?
Also working on EOW..got 2 days to get it done and it's on my laptop..not here. Will post it hopefully soon.
this one is better...had to toss out a lot of what i had painted yesterday because I forgot to make the island float....as the eow required. It was a total "Duh...when in doubt...read the directions"....moment.
from the stylized animal challenge....perfect for my vector skillz....less than 2 hrs to actually do this one, but due to my 12hr shift today, I sketched a hell of a lot of different goofy hyenas IRL. My co-worker picked the one he liked the most, so I went with it. I'll scan it the original sketch sometime later. Drawn completely in vector.
Very nice work! I'd have to say the antagonist is my favorite as everything just comes together in a very [sur]realistic image. I don't do much vector work, but I like what I'm seeing here.
If you had one weak point, I would say it is anatomy. This will only get better with more practice and studies.
