Does Anyone On Here Use Macromedia Fireworks?

I've seen most people's comments on the programs they use and the most popular is Photoshop, but does anyone use Macromedia Fireworks?
Or is there a reason why no one uses?

    Thanx

When I do web maintenance/design I use Fireworks because it integrates better w/Dreamweaver. If I create a picture from scratch or do photo retouch then I use Photoshop.

Sorry, I've been away ... But now I'm back.

Right off, Photoshop has a longer "history" so the plug-ins and brush options are more plentiful and much better. You can use some of the PS filters in Fireworks, if you direct it to look in the PS plug-in folder. I have found that not everything works though.

Best bet is to get Photoshop through a school. I'm ALWAYS taking a class at the local community college. As a student you can purchase software and get "educational" pricing. (Latest version (Full) of Photoshop runs me $125)

    Hope this helps a little.
