Too much airbrush, some variety in hard and soft forms would be better.

Yeah. Do less from photographs. It's been helping my technique. And also the concept seems a little stupid (a hand with a vaginal-looking mouth on its palm) but this could just be me.

I wouldent wory about the creature design too much. Its not stupid.

but yea too much airbrush. everything is too soft. especialy for a 'horror' piece they isialy have very strong, sharp shadows. Go check out the sin city comic books. They have excelent use of sharp dark sillouettes and dramatic lighting.

You said please so.... here goes.
The first thing that comes to mind is that you need to improve upon your anatomy and tonal studies. Compositionally, i couldn't tell if this was a page out of a sketchbook or supposed to be a page out of a comic. It is not apparent if all the images are linked and they don't read as a complete story. Even if you break up your picture plane into 6 boxes it would help your viewers to follow the story and also force you as the story teller to think about/ put more effort into expressing your idea clearly.

have you looked at john buscema's book " How to draw comics the Marvel way" ? It would be very helpful to you as it was for me and I feel that you could get alot out of this book which would help you.

Oh I just checked it on some other computer and it looks too bright! I guess my working monitor is set to darker settings. I have adjusted the curve a little so it should come out the way i wanted it be in the first place.

    BTW, thanks guys.

Wheeljack18, I will definitely look into that John's book.

Blue Disciple, Do you mean I should not go for photographic looks?
