Longest you went without a shower trying to get work done?

    I just did 3 days...it was awesome.

I can literally write "wash me" on my ass.

Funniest thing is, you probably think I'm joking.

You're not going to leave the studio anyway, who's going to smell you?

Thats why I never make my bed, at the end of the day, I'm going to mess it up again.

Thats why I never cut my finger nails either, they grow back.

whats the longest time you've spent without changing your underwear?
As a kid I would go for a week without changing, my mum called it "crusty undies"

About four years ago our washing machine broke, and we happened to be going through a financial crisis at the same time (things are fine now). This had to happen just when all of our cloths were dirty, me, my brother, and my sister had to go a week wearing the same cloths before we could get them washed.

this suddenly reminded me (sitting down, and preparing for a days work) I forgot to use deodorant...

Longest time no shower? I think 2 weeks or so when I worked on school projects...

I don't understand why you would skip showering to get more work done. Surely you could, say, sleep 10 minutes less to not spend your whole day sitting in swamp ass and still not miss any work time?

    WTF
    what a weird question?

    I never shower..... I win...joking

I don't get the not showering thing its 10 mins or 5 even..... 3 mins if you shave off all your hair 2 mins if it includes leg, arm and pubic.

Showers can help recharge the batteries, your thought process and your energy levels better than any caffine drink.

NOW FOR GODS SAKE HIT THE SHOWERS YOU LOT

Longest you went without a shower trying to get work done?

for me, showers almost take the place of sleep when I'm in a time crunch. Somehow it fools my body into being awake, and that time away from my work helps me reset. You guys are gross.

Funny coincidence. Yesterday, I spent 2 hours cleaning the bathroom because both me and my brother (we share an apartment) don't give a shit about the circumstances we shower in, when at least we can shower every day. But it grew annoying when I saw the crust of lime and mold that had captured the shower walls and doors. Having obsessive-compulsive disorder works great. Eating from the toilet shouldn't be a problem now.

About the question. 3 days was my recent highscore, but that was because I was doing sweat-jobs, had a flu and had no time to see anyone outside work. So who cares. Anyway, I like being washed and clean. Especially when you meet people. It's really awful to sit next to someone who's stinking like a coal-miner (excuses to all coal-miners).

    Yummy

I take showers everyday NO EXCEPTIONS. I also wash my face a few times throughout. No, I'm not a clean freak and I don't have a phobia of germs, I just can't stand that greasy feeling I get when it's been a while since I've cleaned up.

So if I ever go freelance (design or otherwise) shower > work > sleep

Truthfully...I only showered yesterday because my girlfriend was coming over for some sexy time. Or else...today would be my fifth day of no showering.

Hahaha, mere mortals. I've gone for anywhere between 15-30 days without showering, and several times in the everyday 110 F heat of Iraq. Same clothes too, literally after several days the clothes turn almost white as the sweat dries up and the salt stays on the clothes. It's pretty nasty, but after about a week you really don't notice the fact that your balls are permanently shriveled and chaffed on account of being constantly sweaty.
Plus, being dirty is an Infantryman's mark of pride, so it's cool.

I wouldn't want to be stuck in a small room with some of you lot. I shower every day, or at most every other day. I'm not so hardcore that I let art take precedence over basic personal hygiene.
