cool works =) love the eyes on the robot ^^
Lovely stuff, I would like to see that archer in a more finished state/scene or whatever you decide to do with it.
Just call me Ferdi
I like the quick sketches. The forehead on the last one seems a little flat compared to the rest of the face but as you said its a rough sketch. I was wondering, do you have a picture of the whole bot though? I would definately like you to show more of it.
very nice work Mehran
that robot isnt very sketchy
that second last has some wicked mood work there.
i like the bottom head, with the strong light, u really should do some real life studies , and try to add some movement in ur work.....keep it up
study , study ,study

This good work Mehran.
I love your work. Thanks for stopping by my sketchbook, and your advice is taken completely into consideration. I'm just getting started, and it looks like you're going to be my new inspiration ;-)
Keep 'em coming!
the girl with her hair blowing in the wind from june 26th is ENORMOUS!
the expression is incredible, but i do believe you've drawn it from a photo?
i like your black-on-brown quickies as well. you could develop them further
in my opinion.. get some nice shade-and-light compositions going on.
the sketchbook that says mumbo jazzbo
Yes I did...as a matter of fact, a lot of the above have been done from reference photos...
there is a ton of stuff that you can learn from using photographs...most especially composition....and different and varying sets of facial features.
thanks man I appreciate. especially when it comes from someone of your skills set..

My Sketch Book!
drummingpariah I guess than the facial structure worked out in that one.. thanks...
thanks I appreciate that...
well no update for the weekend..the parents were out of the city and me and my siblings had the whole house for ourselves.. HAD A DAMN GOOD TIME!!!! yipee ..watched a lot of dvds, slept overtime, and DID NOT do anything else.. well accept for a couple of anatomy studies that I might post tomorrow..
Hi, everyone ..
for those of you who remember visiting this sketchbook before., I apologize for the late update... will try for not let it happen gain..
here are 2 new sketches that I just "finished:
1: guy jumping to get hold of a rope-stair..
2-woman in a pose..
no photo reference was used for these however I did reference the anatomy ...
I am thinking about taking the girl to a more finished level,
whad da ya think!
done without a reference...in like an hour or so in Artrage2 ..
the problem with artrage is that it doesn't have move/cut/rotate tools.. in short you can;t manipulate the pixels you can only DRAW... but the pencils are so wonderful that it's a blast working with it..so Unless you are really really good .. it;s going to take some time getting any thing good out of it..but the feel is natural enough..
Crits and comments are welcomed
