You guys are awesome. Thanks a lot.
pauloricardo - good points, I will look at the anatomy for sure.
by "darker effect" do you mean silhouetted? More branches in the foreground, or on...
Syra - thanks! Sketchbooks such as yours are a huge reminder to me to get my ass in gear :P
I've been gone ages again, this always happens. I get distracted and don't stick with it. I have been doing art, just for other people. Ah well, here's some journal pages I want to share.
I was about to critique everything, but noticed the 3 year time gap so I'm gonna hold back. Don't want my comments to be outdated! How has the progress been anatomy wise?

Noticed a lot of your characters have no eyes. Are you not as confident around them? Or are there just eye-less people in...
Post it here so it's easier. Then we can see your growth from start to finish.

Wow, what improvement. Keep on doing what you're doing and being persistent! I've also noticed that you're way less critical of your own sketches, which is awesome.
Loomis is the way to go. Take...
I'm attaching a couple of recent things I've done that I'd like critiques on. I've been using Photoshop for some time and feel like I'm progressing very slowly. My whole process IS very...
I would say so. It's a great start. You have a lot of fluidity in your figures. Only thing I'd recommend is looking at is jaw structure - the teeth/mouth seem a bit off. Keep it up!
Thanks for coming by my inkling of a sketchbook. You're dedication is inspiring, as is your progress. You're linework especially has come so far. Congrats, I'm going to keep my eye on you.
Somewhat recent painting work
I would say that I'm new here but I'm not. I've registered for an account twice before over the span of about 5 years. Each time losing my account information and each time I give up...
