Here is my sheet of still lifes, the next sheet will be them in compositions. I have to use a few different mediums.
Painted trowel = Acylic
Secetaurs = Coloured pencil
Pot = Oil pastels
Well, the main thing I see is that it lacks structure, almost like a pancake of facial features :P
The colours seem a bit too overcontrasted which in turn makes her glow.

Well, this is one of your worse things, but you can learn from it.
For a start, the rendering is soo messy! It sometimes works, but only if you are good at doing it smooth as well.
The elbow is a bit high up. It should be about the nasel. I know it is bending, but not enough to make that much of a difference.
