Hiya I0N, shinobi looks cool, but I don't understand the movement at all.
I love the gal above, however.
Can you get Van Gogh's ear as an accessorie?
and I have nothing further I could possibly say.
Congradulations Auralius, with the right frame of mind, you could benefit more from this single post than a lot people coming here do. Consider all...
oh damn Puck, sorry to hear that about your Dad. I'm glad to hear you were able to honour him with your painting before he past away- it gives so much more meaning and emotion to that piece (I feel...
Ok, note to self: read the entire page. I had assumed your other thread WAS you're sketchbook. Jeez. Well good to see this up Michelle. I've not much more to say, but I look forward to lots more...
Super, Super Cool
Disco's right on, let's see some life drawing. Life drawing isn't limited to human anatomy either, Masque. You're dragons for example would benefit greatly from referencing living creatures. Just...
Then why ask about photoshop?
Photostudio doesn't even look like an image editor.
Hi Michelle, way to go with crocko and tiger- I love revisiting my old doodles from grade school.
I'd have to echo the crits above regarding the highlights, but enough said on that.
That's some crazy crap in your last post Puck- I love 'em, completely unexpected. The portrait of your father is very emotional, sad. Is there a story there?
Whats the medium in your paintings? And...
I'm not refering to just the environment paintings alone, but the atmosphere you create in most of these pieces. The Kraken, Buddy with the arrow in his leg, the Forest, the Harbour; dirty, gritty...
Marty, your environments are beautiful. Can't wait for updates.
Voldo! Is that you? Doing his Irish jig of victory after gaining the SoulEdge.
Nice painting, but maybe a little flat? Good work on the skeleton.
Hey puck, I like the portraits. Very life like and consistant for many different styles. Especially comparing the first and last (I'm assuming he's the same dude), your loose drawings still convey...
Great to see those studies Meli. The coloured painting is a far more accurate render of the model. Are you overpainting the image or painting from scratch?
Either way, it's lovely. Very nice mood to...
What Nanya said. Also, under "Brush Tip Shape"- reduce the spacing to 1-5%, or thereabouts, if it's not already. The default is 25% which will give you a bubbly line.
Don't worry Andreto, we won't...
Auralius, man, you've now scored big time with this thread. Magnut: well done, and thanks. You've done a service to many, not just Auralius.
Magnut summed up my biggest problems here, that lack of...
Good tip on the shadows darkwolf. I like the painting Meli, looking really good.
Otherwise, good to see the site updated:yayca:
These are absolutely terrific- thanks guys!
Hi Marty, looking good. I have no problem with the lightsource. It seems to me sun is lighting the seen from over some unseen buildings on the left, casting the bottom of the scene in shadow. To...
Hey gerbil, good to see another from t.o.
Keep this updated, a great variety of stuff. I really like the clay, and some of your sketches are terrific. I'd like to see more of those. Keep working...
Video funny, comments more so.
"Just what the hell."
That comment pretty much sums it up for me, sve.
I was reluctant to mention it, since it says an email has been sent to the technical staff. I also felt bad everytime I brought up that error screen; thought 'those poor technical staff suckers must...
ha, no kidding sciboy.
No matter, after lurking for the last 4+ years, I'm glad I was finally able to contribute to the million. Congrats, and a big thanks to everyone.
Hey Sudoraba, mosey on by the Digital Painting in PS when you've got photoshop installed! (and a Wacom)
Avoid filters at all cost. And try...
