Is this along the lines of what you are looking for?
I used illustrator.
Use the rectangle tool to create a square. Then rotate the square. I used 45 degrees. Then copy the rectangle...
Looking good. I'll keep an eye on this thread tonight.
Have you seen Trevor's SB? http://www.conceptart.org/forums/showthread.php?t=57562
I love your characters. Keep it up.
Doodle I did in Sketch Book Pro.
Check out my website for some graphic and web design work...
Hey great work, how many layers do you usually work with when you do your lunch time quickies ;)
Some of your robots remind me of the different player classes from Team Fortress 2. Nice work!
I like your planet textures. One thing I would suggest is that you make your star backgrounds less uniform.
Nice work, your hair almost looks sculpted.
Wow, that's grotesque. Now I'm gonna go puke, in a good way.
Cool style! Very rough and abstract.
Your characters are wonderful. I love their expressions!
Great work! I think GIMP has the potential to be better than Photoshop. I am in the process of breaking my addiction to proprietary software. It feels good!
Do you have any GIMP specific tips you...
Isn't he a little short for a stormtrooper ;) Love the graphic style.
Great work, love the angry eye...
I love the precise lines. I have become a perfectionist ever since I started using AutoCAD at work. :)
Wow, the precision is incredible.
I can't say I have a favorite. There are too many amazing elements in each piece. I really like the foot in the grass in Spring
Great work, they all look so effortless. Nice flowing lines.
I'm doing my best do draw more, Ill post some more stuff when I get my scanner set up.
:xpld: Ahh proportions
Cool illustrations, I like the page of the girls the best. It has some nice subtle colors. I think the guitar chick is playing her guitar upside down :)
I agree. I have my own biases also. Fine artists are often to traditional and illustrators or graphic artists are to commercial. I put myself in the middle. I am more artistic than the graphic...
Yup, I did this with katsup and mustard!
Nice pose, very relaxed. The lines are nice too.
