Then some wierd heads and a speedpaint from a photo.
Trying to loosen up as Pencil Rebellion suggested.
About 4 hours more.
It feels too plasticy, any advice on how to fix it appreciated!
Thanks! I agree with you 100% about loosening up. I was getting to careful on the lighthouse pic, too afraid to mess up, so I just made a new layer and painted the waves instead of the calm sea.
Jeez, this thread is old. Maybe I should make a new one, but then again maybe its good to have the old stuff to see the progress.

There are two uses for sharpening.
1. Making the image...
I like 102, 105 and 108.
Nice work William!
The strong contrasts and blurryness makes the photos feel more like an impression of an image than an exact replication. Still would like to see some more sharpness though.
If possible I would try to get rid of some of the background elements in the recent skate pics, to get a cleaner look. Move closer and lower with the fisheye. Those damn poles/lamp posts ruin a lot...
First of all welcome to the forum!
You need to enter the url to the image file itself and not to the page with the image. Right click the image and select properties to see the url. Or if you have...
Thanks, purple. Yea, I could always make a composite with the sky from the other one. :)
Number 6 is very nice.
Looks like the moon is laying on top of that building, hehe.
