Her face is wonky (especially the nose!), and her shoulder is tiiiny. You'd have a better result if you constructed the whole head/figure before cropping. If you're not familiar with construction of...
Images are huge, please scale down so they can be viewed without scrolling! Something like 900-1000px on longest side.
I think it's good, but there are a lot of things you can improve too! So I did a PO for you, it ain't perfect, but it'll show how some stuff could be changed. Some wonky stuff in her arms/hands and...
I recommend learning about perspective and construction! Did some crude lines to show you what I'm thinking of. Andrew Loomis' books are excellent for construction (Succesful drawing is a good place...
You're doing great work, I can see you improving!
So good rendering, I'm loving it. I'm way out of my league giving you feedback, I know, but I'm thinking that you'd benefit from attacking the poses. Have your characters weighed down by their own...
Hey, good start! Here are a few things for you to look at until someone who knows what they're doing comes along ;) :
-your circle/ellipse is very sloppy, you'll need to fix that up. just use the...

Had a go at fixing up that dude, for some reason I draw old dudes half the time, not really what I'm aiming for.

A lot of stuff with this is off, but ahwell.
Hey, I had a go at changing up the proportions of your guy, kind of as a practice for myself but thought you might have use for it as well.
More realistic anatomy will come a long way towards being less cartoony. In your case it looking cartoony is not so much about the rendering, but mainly the proportions. More realistic values will...

Haven't been drawing much so far this fall, it's a very busy semester. Here's some sort of troll/ogre, though!

That last sheet of eyes is great! I can see the rest of the face just from the expression of the eyes.
I don't think the face is that off. It'll look much better in the right context - which is something else than a 8 1/2 heads tall body with little curves (where da pelvis/thighs at?) and a messed up...

You're slaying it, man. Never stop.
Definitely progressing nicely. One thing you have to do is to knock back that black square on the right, it is way too dark, dragging a lot of attention. Currently it is kind of a second focal point,...
The first thing I think you should take a look at is the placement of the rider on the horse. I imagine both the placement and the angle of the shot is supposed to be similar to in this shot:...
Hey, Mehul! Nice pencils, especially the shading. Sharp stuff, keep it up!
Let's see it, man!
I like it, especially the head of the dragon, it looks very menacing. I have some suggestions for improvement. Use a big brush to group the values, make a closer crop, open up the pose of the dragon...

Another witch doctor-ish dude. I like it a lot better, despite the lazy hands, feet and clothes.
I agree with Arenhaus, it doesn't look like you're working with volumes. Your redline makes little sense to me and isn't addressing the problems I'm seeing.
Try to draw cylinders and cubes on top...

Dude's falling backwards. Other than that I'm happy with it.

Nice mood in that painting. Some perspective problems in the house, you could probably throw down some construction lines to weed them out, like so:
Keep it up :)
