Very fun to do indeed - looking forward showing some of the new covers I'm working on!
Thanks guys :)
Phil - He, he, yes small world. You did the black and white icons, right
Awesome awesome designs and very cool rendering.
And thanks for sharing some close-ups
I really like the rendering on the last one, very nice armor
Three covers I did for Mantic Games in 2011. The first two are for their Dwarf King's Hold board game series. The last is for Mantic's sci-fi combat game and miniatures range Warpath.
Mr.Thorne: it is "just" concept art, so the characters are just there to show the size, but I see what you mean when all the concepts are seen in a row.
RicoD: Each piece takes 1-2...
I never got around posting these.
All of the concepts are for the Watchmen TEIN part 2 game. Hope you like.
And as I wrote in my last Watchmen post - big thanks and thumbs up for my fellow concept...
Wicked stuff, very inspiring.
amazing stuff. Really like the first one, thumbs up :)
So nice, so nice.
Love the piece with the purple girl.
The first one is just awesome...
very nice, love the first one
Thanks again everyone for the nice comments :)
For the shadow effect I used both some custom brushes and some Ink in Water from CGtextures.
Bloody good. Love it!
The concepts are utter delight to look at. The Killzone dropship - so nice!
The rendering of the elderly man is just amazing
Really cool and inspirational images. Thumbs up!
BIG thanks for all the positive comments - starting up as a freelance so I can really use some positive energy :)
I think the project had some real interest, but none of the publishers were fast...
Thank you for making my day better...you rock :)
and great to see the progress
Beautiful work, great colors!
Love your work. Amazing stuff. Great to see the process as well - thanks
Hey I'm happy you bumped you own thread or else I probably wouldn't have seen it.
Great stuff, really like the second one.
Here is a bunch of illustration I did for a pitch project at Deadline Games. Unfortunatly the project never ended being more than a pitch - too bad, I really think it had potential....
He he, yeah the sea rex rules.
Execellent, very nice water colors.
